My review wasn't nice actually as I was let down by here and assaulted on-site by a Nigerian carer in front of a Resident living here causing the resident distress the same resident who was crying upset no one gave her milk and refuses to toilet her, it was actually reported to cqc for fluids as a safeguarding issue even worse they had kept the offender on shift for 5 weeks with the residents living at the home still with the other residents in the home till he was removed weeks after and i had to face the attacker again while on shift I wouldn't recommend this care home for any family member I've experienced it first hand and has left a lasting memory of the assault on site.
