Gutted to be honest, me and my partner requested a refund because we were unable to attend (hours before starting) only to be told much later after the session had finished that they are unable to process refunds because they had already “supplied” coaches which as we all know is absolute nonsense and the same amount of coaches would have been there regardless of our attendance.
