    Always well planned; the classes are suitable for all abilities and attended by a good group of people. I’ve been attending Lee’s classes 5+ years and it never gets boring; and the good thing about the classes is that as your fitness improves Lee changes things up to keep it fresh and challenging. If you are completely new don’t be afraid, give it a try and you might surprise yourself!

    First experience of this kind of thing. It’s hard work but it is keeping my physical health as well as my mental health in a better place. I am a lot older than most of the others but I am not made to feel past it and neither are there any exceptions, Lee gears everything to suit the class somehow making us all feel equal.
