I bought a jar of ginger curd at Whitby on Saturday 7th September. When I got it home I was disappointed to discover that I had been given lemon curd by mistake. I emailed Bracken Hill and received a very courteous reply yesterday 9th September. I was asked to email my name and address and they would send out a jar of ginger curd. I did this and to my surprise received a very well wrapped jar of ginger curd this morning! I am amazed at their fabulous 5 star service and am very happy to report that the ginger curd is delicious. Thankyou, Bracken Hill you are amazing.
