We contracted a roofer to install a Velux roof window, and BQ scaffolding provided the scaffolding. They put the scaffolding in the wrong place, delaying the job by several days. They caused a mess on the street, not tidied up, which upset my neighbours. They insisted on payment upfront. Then when taking the scaffolding down, they smashed one of my windows. Constant promises to have the window fixed have gone unfulfilled and its clear there is no intention to fix it. Irresponsible and terrible customer service.
