I Purchased a set of BPS 4 x 4 Multi Purpose Ladders from the Ideal Home Exhibition back in 2013. They have been brilliant to work with, stable and, multifunctional. Only recently, after some 10 yrs, one of the cantilevers developed a fault. it just would no longer lock out. I contacted BPS and explained the problem. Without any drama they arranged for the ladder to be collected from my home address where it was to be inspected at their premises. A fault was confirmed and they dispatched a brand new set of identical steps. delivered to my home. You simply can not ask for a better service than that? When they publicise a lifelong warranty they clearly standby their word. Many thanks to BPS..First class steps, First class after sales service.

My new ladder arrived damaged unfortunately. After ringing them and sending a couple of pictures the damaged ladder was collected and a new one delivered the next day. Great customer services dept, with a very quick solution. Very pleased with the new ladder. Well done.
