Did my Master’s here. Reasons to steer clear from BPP; -Delayed feedback for mock examinations and assessments -No academic support outside of scheduled teaching hours -Reduced face-to-face study time compared to other universities -No student-tutor rapport and/or relationship. Some tutors are very unprofessional. -Career opportunities limited once you have graduated -Emails and phone calls go unanswered for long durations of time -Cannot recuperate your fees/ will be liable for 100% of fees, even if you are not able to continue your course or face mitigating circumstances. -Admissions team will try to receive the upfront fees, get you to agree to the contract and then never speak to you again. -Delays in induction information, lesson timetables and: -Delays in distribution of course materials and resources. -No mental health or wellbeing support. -Limited technical support and assistance -Lesson cancellations without assignment of a new tutor -Paper resources given to students as opposed to hard copy books/materials -The university will use their slogan “due to covid” in instances of accountability and for basic student requirements. -Limited study space, rooms cannot be used in some instances.

I completed my certificate level for CIMA with BPP. But due to some personal problem i was unable to give my BA2 exam and after few months when i got back on track i had no access to online material and everything. I was really tensed over this fact and contacted bpp. As a gesture of goodwill they helped me out soo much getting out of the way, i am shocked and EXTREMELY happy & thankful to them. Because not every professional company helps you like a family. I highly recommend them and their Birmingham branch. Lucky to have them as my tutor.
