Amazing service, all the nurses have been absolutely lovely throughout the whole process, no judgement, no rude comments, wanted to make sure I was okay and knew what was happening. Can't fault them at all

Had my appointment cancelled 4 times now. Most recent was surgeon calling in sick (6pm the night before). Before that the surgeon had to resist some sort of certification again!! Been almost a year since I seen my GP for a referral now. Took BPAS contact centre two month just to get me an original date. Absolute joke!
