I went here to terminate a pregnancy after an abusive relationship I fell pregnant in. The nurses were all so sweet and treated me with so much respect and kindness - I'm only 19 and been through alot recently so I'd been up all night worrying but I felt at ease as soon as I walked in (: the procedure was so quick and straight forward I was on my way home in no time after a good laugh in the recovery room. Thank you all of the nurses and the Dr for your help in my difficult time <3

So I had the snip done..... Every single person in that building were fantastic. No pressure, no fear due to the swift nature of the process, easy after care and genuinely 24 hours later in off pain relief. I'm not one for a 5 star review and I have no other motive apart from educating others to how great these guys are.

What an experience. I was nervous for 3 months building up to my vasectomy. Soon as I got there I was put at ease. From the receptionist to the surgeon.. all amazing. Spoke to me like I've known them for years. Thanks to all the staff who works there. Would definitely recommend to go here if they want a vasectomy.

Was a very straight forward day, a little disappointed with how I was treated at times. I was taken downstairs for treatment away from my partner/support person and had to sit completely alone for an hour and half. During this time there was no communication. I was meant to have half an hour till I was called in so I was told I could wait a moment before I got changed into my gown. I then asked where the toilet was and I was replied to with "why are you not changed, we told you to get changed" with 2 of these nurses looking me up and down. When I got changed I wasn't told what to keep on and what to take off, I had to overhear another nurse talking to a patient to find out. I was told I'd be given an antisickness tablet and I never received it. When I was taken in for the procedure I was told I'd be Forgetful and dizzy but when given the conscious sedation I wasn't dizzy or Forgetful, I remember the entire procedure when I was informed that I'd be that out of it I wouldn't remember the majority. Afterwards I heard the nurses offer other patients hot drinks, biscuits and a refill for their water. I was given one glass of water and then left to sit alone in the corner. Never offered biscuits considering I hadn't eaten for 5 hours by this point. I was then made to collect my own partner for the discharge meeting rather than them going for me considering at no point for the next day should I be alone but I was told to collect him myself for the last part of the day. Although I had quite a few problems a lot of the staff were lovely and calming for the situation, especially the 2 nurses jn the room during procedure. A little let down in some areas but not completely terrible I guess.

The Dr. Is amazing. The nurses are very great at their job. I was scared in the beginning, but the nurses took my fear away. The best surgery I ever had. Very professional and very nice. I can only recommend this Dr. Thank you and much respect.
