Second time in a week ‘Dawn’ has treated me like I’m something on the bottom of her shoe. She was rude, disrespectful and condescending, she made me feel unsafe and unsupported, giving me dirty looks and talking to me like I was a naughty child. Went with my girlfriend appointments was supposed to be an hour for the consultation, 3 and a half hours later we are sat waiting no urgency not even busy (comparing it to my sister's story) would try to use somewhere else if you can afford the wait.
