Had both my vans in excess of 6 months with estimated completion changing regularly without any communication. In fact I have not been contacted once by anyone from BP Rolls. Due to them being in repair for so long I have had to spend over £10000 in diesel on the replacement vans as mine are electric. Really not happy and was told that one of the van would definitely be ready on the 5th then I ring to arrange collection and the date has changed again. Service: Body & Trim
