Paid for fuel in December and have just received a letter from a cowboy company called VARS claiming that on the same day I was captured on CCTV bilking i.e. making off without payment. I can only assume a dodgy employee has been giving someone mates rates at the expense of other honest people. The CCTV still is poor quality for such a well lit forecourt its basically a photo showing two headlights in complete darkness. How convenient. I expect there will now be a cover up over the staff rota that day. Fortunately I paid via a debit card but I suggest you keep receipts if paying with cash. It seems you will need to keep receipts for at least 6 months.

I tried to use the vacuum and paid £1 but the hose is broken and there is no suction. They should not be in use and be repaired. I went to Morrison’s and it was brilliant.
