DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have had other carpets fitted in our house and was shocked at how bad this experience was from start to finish. The fitter destroyed the walls of one room to the extent we had to redecorate - see images attached. Of course you expect a few scratches on skirting boards but nothing to this extent. More importantly, the fitter left the blade of a Stanley knife on the floor. Luckily we spotted it before one of us or our small dog hurt themselves. It was then dealt with by Naroutam and his team terribly - they sent someone to make a report on the bad fitting (frayed edges, covering of doorstop, areas not stuck down) and in the room agreed it needed refitting but then on email said nothing is wrong and we must pay in full. Terrible company!

I visited the shop in person and really enjoyed working with Naroutam to find the right carpet for our needs and at the right price. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly keen to help me find a good deal within my budget. The installation was then booked and I was even able to move the booking to an earlier date when the room became ready sooner than expected. The fitting was amazingly quick, professional, and with a very friendly fitter. I'll be back again soon when the rest of our house is ready for new carpet!

We used bp carpets for cork flooring and carpets fitted throughout our home, and are pleased with the results. Naroutam and his team were extremely helpful and professional throughout the process, and allowed us to spend plenty of time in the shop looking at different materials, and gave us lots of help and advice. Muma and other fitters worked very hard to fit the floor and carpet extremely quickly. The cork floor looks lovely and is a great environmentally friendly flooring option. One negative is that the cork flooring is not fully level: our original floors were uneven and bp carpets recommended laying plywood first , but only after the fitting was complete they mentioned that self levelling might have achieved a better result if more expensive, so this is something to ask about if your original floor is uneven. We were very pleased that we went with bp carpets.
