This auction is a scam, please be aware of this auction! Please do not use! It scams innocent people and takes there money! It hides real honest reviews and portrays ‘fake’ reviews! They manipulate you into purchasing properties which further down the line have excess fees. I have lost a lot of money due to them. I don’t want anyone else to be in this situation ever. There solicitors are also corrupt and they lie about everything once deposit paid they stop answering the phone, there solicitors demand completion even when they have no title of registry to most of these properties! There address on there website is also fake there office is not based there Make sure you stay clear of this auction so you don’t get scammed like me. The owner sukhwinder Singh barham is a scam!

Completed the property buy with in the allotted 28 days :) Staff were friendly and quick to respond. Before bidding on a property, read the legal pack and have your legal representative ready and waiting before bidding on a property. Buying at an online property auction you have tight deadlines to meet so make sure you have everything in place and you will have a great experience. I personally will definitely be using BP Auctions in the future Many thanks to Steven for his help on completion day and the rest of the staff there during the process
