We went to an open day, paid £5 entry and were able to wander around the fields to see lots of alpacas. There are notices at intervals with interesting facts about the animals and a series of talks by their experts. We saw a newly born cria and watched as some of the other youngsters raced up and down the field. There were stalls for food, drinks, ice creams and crafts under cover too. A pleasant couple of hours!

A really nice day out, of course the weather did help. A really good atmosphere, from ethnic street food to the traditional burger and coffee to jewelry alpaca products, great day.

Lovely llamas to watch running around in the fields. The weather was amazing so it made it nice to look at. We hoped to go in for a bit but the lady working there abruptly let us know we had to stay outside; oh well! Love the LLAMA!!
