Some receptionists here can be incredibly rude and act as though they're the doctor, always saying there are no appointments available, even emergency ones, despite the doctor then telling you otherwise! Like a few surgeries, the process with doctors is often dragged out, too! I called up for a blood test after being asked to get one ASAP by the doc, and that young receptionist who is always incredibly staggeringly rude for no reason awnsered, booking me for two weeks time after being ill for three weeks already and showing absolutely no care or sympathy, ending with: "ByE" and telling me to go to hospital for a blood test, like I can just rock up! This woman is going to make me throw serious hands before long! Let's hope I'm not diabetic! Absolute joke and in need of a serious referral to charm school! I also don't like being told if somethings important I'd "prioritise it" when I'm trying to get seen but am either working, being blocked and overall just given unnecessary attitude! On the plus side, the receptionist Leslie here is lovely!

Both my young daughters have recently been poorly and we were seen on that day and the doctor was brilliant , reception staff helpful and polite - considering how busy they are I never felt rushed and left confident that both girls were checked over throughly .

Avoid at all costs, worst GP practice I have been to. Recently changed surgeries. Rude receptionist, being told by the GP that I need to hurry up being they have other Patients waiting, I was only in there for 5 minutes. I understand the NHS is strained but treat me with some respect. Completely unacceptable. Unfortunately there isn't a 0 star rating.

"I've been stung by a wasp, my arm is swollen and I can't get the sting out. Can a nurse help me please?" " No! You need to see a Doctor." "Ok! Can I see a doctor please, it's really painful." "You'll have to phone back at 2." Let's hope I'm not allergic. I don't know who the young girl who works there is, but she needs a new job! Maybe not customer facing.
