Although a small unit they have fantastic warehouse backup and whatever I have needed be it large or small items (for maintaining a 41 foot yacht) they have sourced. Competitive pricing. And excellent service. As an example yesterday I needed to replace a plastic fitting that had been bodged by previous owner. I was not sure what a suitable fitting might even look like but a quick chat here and the staff located the ideal part online. I was not sure which of two possible sizes would be closest so kindly both were ordered into stock, which arrived early that same afternoon (under three hours from my first enquiry) Could not ask for better service than that, thank you. Shocking customer service. I've been waiting over 6 weeks for a replacement single nut that fell off a product the first time I used it. Calls are not returned, emails aren't replied to. I'd avoid this company unless you are planning to buy something very simple that can't go wrong.
