Excellent customer service. There was an issue with the parcel company which misplaced some items. I contacted customer support who were very prompt in solving the issue and waived the delivery charges. Would definitely use again.

What a superb company. I had a slight issue with delivery, nothing to do with boxes for moving, courier split the order to 2 separate vans/deliveries. Nick from boxes for moving went above and beyond to help and to investigate. Excellent communication with emails, replies almost instant. Was able to explain about the separate deliveries in detail and then kept me informed all the way. I have ordered twice with them now. This is a company that really cares, the customer service/aftersales is second to none. Most companies are let down by the customer service, but certainly not this one. I would highly recommend this company.

My experience was very similar to Chris, some boxes didn't arrive in time due to carrier's problem. It took those boxes 6 days to arrive. I wouldn't say it is a nice experience waiting for the boxes to arrive and pushing off the packing tasks day after day. However, during the time, the seller showed a wonderful service, keeping me informed on a daily basis and eventually, I had to buy boxes at a much higher cost from a local vendor recommended by the seller. Even though I didn't get the compensation for the higher cost but the seller did refund us the boxes & tape dispenser we eventually did receive. I'm very grateful for their being so responsive and understanding on my need, hence the five stars I'm giving them here.

We ordered various boxes but unfortunately a well-known courier company lost some of them during transit. Despite this hiccup not being their fault, Boxes for Moving Home did a great job of keeping us informed, chasing the courier, and ultimately compensating us for additional expenses that we incurred in sourcing new boxes at the last minute. The customer service was excellent.
