    We saw an advert for a Mercedes Vario on gumtree advertised by Boxbush Commercials, called up the same morning and within 1 hour had a WhatsApp video call with full walk round of the bus to show details like body work, engine running, no fault lights on the dash etc. We promptly received an invoice and paid the asking deposit. Within 1 week we had the bus delivered to our home! John was amazing at answering our many emails/WhatsApp questions, he did the V5 online and SORN the bus for us, and we received an email confirmation from the DVLA. I am extremely sceptical of buying anything online, especially without viewing in person, but John made the process seamless. Would recommend John and Boxbush to anyone. Thanks again. R & D
