Professional and friendly. I have had a tourte bow and a baroque bow rehaired and I am delighted with the standard of workmanship and customer care. I have also bought a bow here. I was given excellent advice and a lovely room to try out the bows. I was encouraged to take my time and I felt no pressure to choose, or obligation to buy (but I did!) I wouldn't take my bows anywhere else. Excellent.
