Poor service - I am actively trying to buy a new set of bowls and I was keen to use this site due to the more professional looking website (compared with other bowls retailers), their returna policy in case I don’t like the colour in the flesh and the fact they have stock of the bowl I want. However that’s as good as it gets, I had a simple question about the bowl (i.e. what does the emblem look like), quite an important detail, when you phone you get a message telling you their opening hours but the message also says they will be unable to answer the phone during they hours as they will be busy in the shop - so what’s the point in having a phone? So I tried to email, asking for a photo of the bowl on 3 occasions, I got 2 replies (neither with a photo nor any mention of my request) and the last email has just been ignored! Very disappointed as I know they have the bowl in stock in the colour I want, I now find it unlikely that they will be able to turn my confidence around so feel the need to leave this review to warn others. (I guess if you want to just order a bowl blind in their website then it may be more seemless, unless you need to get in touch with them after).
