Tried to do a Blood test on Wednesday 24th July and was turned down because the nurses didn't have keys to open the clinic. Today 1st August a gentleman fell ill and an ambulance had to be called and the clinic stopped all its services to attend to the gentleman until the ambulance arrived, I am sorry I understand the situation but one person could attend to the gentleman and the rest could carry on working, but no, everyone that was waiting were turned down....very poor service, not proactive at all, no consideration for all the other patients, not organized. Very disappointed.
