This was my second experience with Bowker Motorrad Preston and it was just as good, if not better than the first! Kris was very courteous and ensured I was kept up to date on absolutely everything throughout the entire purchase and beyond. I really can’t fault the customer service whatsoever! Kris was able to offer me a decent trade in price on my existing bike, and helped me to find a fantastic new bike that meets my needs, and put together a deal. Kris really pulled out all the stops to try and get the bike ready within a couple of days of ordering, but alas a technical issues with the new bike and bank holidays meant that parts were required, which caused a delay. None the less the parts arrived sooner than I thought, and I had the new bike delivered and old one collected same day which was convenient and simple for me. I would thoroughly recommend this dealership and Kris. Thanks for everything.

Quote a price book you in for the work then change their minds as to the cost hike that up and say there should be a cost for the loan bike which I'll need for 2 days for an hours job which at first I was waiting with the bike. No apologies, even though they admitted it was their mistake. I wouldn't go to these again. Wolverhampton much better service and friendly bunch.

Professional dealership I visited my local dealers (Preston ) on Friday 31st March. I had looked at a bike on their website and called in to take a look. I have dealt with the same dealers for 10 years and always found them to be honest and trusting. I spoke to Brian Braithwaite and explained I would have the bike if the figures were right. I was in a rush so literally left him with it !!!! What a gent, 30 mins later he rang me and the deal was done. I picked my new bike up today and everything went so smoothly. Brian has kept me informed at each stage of the deal, he is exceptionally professional and it was an absolute pleasure to do buisness with Brian. This is how sales executives should behave, others would do well to emulate him. Thanks Bowker, but thanks Brian.
