    I found Abi as she was in the local area and I followed her on social media for a while. I was drawn to her because apart from looking amazing because of all the work she puts in to training she is such a wonderful, positive and inclusive character. I started working with Abi after getting into a bad rut with diet and basically felt too unfit to even walk up the stairs. I had a lot of preconceived ideas that I could never become fit or know what to do in the gym. I learnt that I am completely wrong and that’s down to Abi’s support and encouragement. She has completely changed my idea about exercise and I even see it as something I look forward to and really love. The progress I have made is immense for me and I feel better every day. It is an outlet for me now that really has improved my physical and most of all mental health. Abi is the kindest person who you will feel wholeheartedly supported by.     Abi is absolutely amazing and I would recommend her over and over again! When I first met Abi, I was really unhappy with the way I looked and was stuck in a rut of bad eating habits. I absolutely HATED parts of my body, and I had little faith that we would be able to change my mind set on that…. But how WRONG I was. During 6months of training with Abi, I found myself falling in love with my body again, loving the gains and improvements we were making and feeling good about myself. Abi also changed my relationship with food, and we have made and embedded some very good habits over the time together. I had been on a few holidays, and attended some special occasions with no feeling of guilt, and still seeing results. If you are looking for fun, supportive PT sessions, which give the best of results- Abi is the PT for you!

    Plain and simply I cannot recommend Abi and her work enough, she is incredibly driven and has a way of moulding herself to be able to motivate and inspire anyone who she works with. Abi really helped me with my fitness, I attended an amazing outdoor HIIT class she created to help people get fitter as lockdown eased, I then went on to PT with Abs as I found her energy infectious and it went on to help me masses, I got the exact results I wanted, sooner than anticipated too! I wasn't surprised at all when Abi was narrowed down from thousands to work aside Joe Wicks. She is super knowledgeable in her field and can fine tune your workouts to get the desired results. I will always be grateful for discovering BOWERFUL, anyone who works with Abi will discover just how much of a life changer she is!

    If you’re thinking about trying Bowerful Bootcamp… DO IT! You will not regret it. It’s the most fun, uplifting class I’ve ever been to. The 45 mins went so quickly I didn’t even feel like I was working out. Abi makes every effort to make every class as fun and engaging as possible - big tunes, lots of laughs and you get to meet new people. Highly recommend!
