Needed a new floor in two rooms. Required old solid wooden floor to be pulled up, repairs to the actual concrete floor itself left over from previous building work, a lot of skirting board to take off and deal with and of course laying of a new floor (engineered wood) with finishings. I’ve lost count of the amount of people I spoke to get this work done. Usual tradesman behaviour of never getting back to you. Wasted my time. Was then recommended Dom. Professional from the start. No fuss about the work, no “this is gonna cost you mate” type nonsense. Appraised the job for what it was and told me how he’d do it. Knew he was the right guy from first visit. Took 5 days as estimated to complete. Even though it was the week leading to Christmas there was no fuss or excuses. We’re more than thrilled at the work he has done. It’s professional and faultless. He’s a great guy to chat to and his work ethic is admirable. Price was a bargain for the quality. Can’t recommend him enough!

Dom from Bowens Wood Flooring has recently installed Amtico flooring in a herringbone style throughout our hallway. Dom takes great care in his work and it really does shine through when you witness his excellent workmanship. We also had Dom install an engineered oak floor in our previous property which was also carried out to a superb standard. Very friendly, punctual and a great standard of work, I would highly recommend Bowens Wood Flooring.

Absolutely delighted with the work Dominic delivered. Very professional in approach and delivered to an outstanding standard. The finish is just spectacular, and after laying Broadleaf Timber vintage parquet in the Lounge, I had him back to do the Study and Kitchen Diner too. Would highly recommend.
