After an initial meeting with Joel, who came across as a genuine, likeable, chap, we were slightly unsettled, when two, oiks arrived at our door. After burning two holes in our Wilton , they then tried to tell us, that our windows were too rotten , to make good. This was after a £6500 renovation. I use this in a loose term. Joel and his team come highly recommended by us. We had a few companies visit us when we needed advice and quotes for 3 timber sash windows for our 1850's stable house. After meeting with Joel, his personable approach, and excellent advice and ideas, were our reasons for choosing Joel and his team to make and fit our windows. We are the sort who research and deliberate before committing to spending. With this in mind, pricing was similar to others, but I honestly think you get what you pay for. And with Joel and his team, we weren't disappointed. The windows have transformed the front of our house. The craftsmanship is excellent and the attention to detail regarding decorating and finish is second to none. The afterservice was excellent. I can not recommend these guys highly enough. Really good local business with highly motivated staff. Not only superb craftsmen but also keen to renovate rather than replace where ever possible. We had replacement sash windows made for an Edwardian property and Joel and the team did a great job. The advice they gave initially was spot on and Joel knew the local period style. There was no pushy salesperson. I went and had a look in the workshop and was shown finished windows and the process of making them was explained. The windows were installed on time by a professional team, who were a pleasure to work with. Our builders commented on the quality of the work. The windows look excellent and we have had a lot of positive feedback. Well worth the money.
