I have been a regular user of this pharmacy since it opened, having monthly prescriptions sent directly from my gp. The last 6-12 months has seen a total change in the pharmacy - staff, service, cleanliness etc. Prescription errors seem a common theme, along with slow, poor service. There are empty boxes on the shelf, plastic transportation boxes on the floor. Collecting a ready-made prescription can take 30 minutes if there is even one customer in front. Today, there was 1 staff member serving customers and at least 8 more behind the shelf, seemingly chatting and not much else. Not the best place to go for medication.

i have been dealing with this pharmacy on a regular basis through my post. The staff are always polite and helpful. I mostly deal with Osman on a daily basis. I always have found Osman as a true gentleman, who always goes out of his way to help us and always goes that extra mile for his service users. A job well done Osman

3rd strike and out... Despite complaining about the appalling service and a promise that it would be dealt with, nothing has changed. My meds where processed on the 10th yet on the 13th I had to call in only to find out that it's been sat there without notifying me. I have opted for any future prescriptions to be sent to an alternative chemist.

I am a support worker and went to medichem to pick prescription and mar sheet up for my service user, I was told I could not have a mar sheet as they were only for dossett box users, I explained that we get them every couple of months and the chemist prints them out for us, she refused to give me a mar sheet and went and sat down, after 5 min waiting I I asked if she was dealing with the mar sheet to be told it would be 20 mins, I am very annoyed about how I have been treat, the chemist is a lovely friendly place usually, don't know what's gone wrong ???
