    I am new to the area and booked my first appointment at 13h00 for eyebrow threading, which I assumed would take up to 15 minutes. I arrived five minutes earlier because I’m not particularly eager to disrespect people’s time, so I prefer being earlier than late. Hence you can imagine my disappointment when I was kept waiting for 15 minutes past 13.00. I was utterly ignored when waiting. I mean, it wouldn’t have taken less than 30 seconds to let me know they would be late, but instead, I kept waiting until Aisha came downstairs. Aisha apologised, saying that she should have closed her bookings and that people were attending weddings. I completely understand there could be some delays, but it does make a difference to be informed in advance. The service, as I imagined, took 12 minutes and it was well done.     This is the second time I’ve had my hair done with Ciara, and she is just fabulous! She really goes above and beyond to make sure I love my hair. She’s really accommodating and understanding, so if you’re looking to refresh your hair like I was, I really recommend her and the salon. The prices are really reasonable and the salon itself is beautiful and welcoming. 10/10
