Absolutely awful. Firstly it whitens my teeth a little only for them to go back to their usual colour after one cup of tea. Whats the point? I got my trays and set through the dentist and was told to wear for 4 weeks overnight. I'm on night 3 and its a nightmare. Teeth are agony, gums are red, swollen and sore which I've realised is because the trays don't fit against the teeth properly so the stuff is leaking out. Even my tongue, mouth and throat are sore and very dry the whole day afterwards. Tonight I lasted a few hours with the trays in and kept waking once again to different weird symptoms. Tonight one eye us streaming along with my nostril on that side and the trays are producing some kind of froth due to ill fitting and mixing with saliva. I now have stomach pain also which I presume is from swallowing the product in my sleep. The trays are uncomfortable to wear overnight and badly made.
