We stayed over for 1 night after visiting Cadbury World and the room was so warm and comfy you didn't want to move. Both of us slept like a log and breakfast was served hot and tasty. It started our day the best way we could think of before travelling to a National Trust site and then home. If staying around Cadbury world, stay here, we will be.

We booked for 2 people, a twin room, Sunday 4th December, mostly because of the glowing reviews about the premises, including the "amazing" breakfasts in the cafe downstairs.however we recived a message before arrival informing us that breakfast would be in a basket as on Monday 5th the cafe would be closed. Upon entering our room we found a plate with two very stale croissants on it, and another with 2 tiny slices of stale lemon cake. This was stale the day before we were meant to eat it. We rang the host, and another 2 croissants were delivered when we were out, stale as well. The heating wasn't working in the bedroom, just in the hallway, and the 1st heater didn't work, luckily the 2nd did. We slept in our jumpers as it was still very cold in the room. We were disappointed because the stale croissants, generic yoghurts and tired orange juice did not constitute a nice breakfast. Don't advertise breakfast at all, if you cannot provide it. checking in, informing us that breakfast would

Fantastic quality rooms in this beautiful part of the City. Only a short walk from the Cadbury factory. Breakfast was to notch in a wonderful cafe below the rooms.

Really lovely place. Building is beautiful. Location great. Very close to the city center. Cafe downstairs it small, but they serve delicious food. There is also garden at the back. We were leaving on Sunday morning, so Cafe was closed. We could preorder our breakfast. We had BLT sandwiches yogurt, fruit, and flapjack, fresh juice. We stayed in green room, which is very spacious with double bed and sofa. There is little fridge in the room. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available. We parked our car on the road free of charge, by the B&B. WiFi is great, and Netflix to watch. Lady who showed Us everything was very friendly.
