Very friendly and helpful staff. I couldnt print so they prepared contract hardcopies ready for my action. It was cash in hand, face to face transaction, so i was confident couldnt be scammed. The paddle boards was in very good conditions with manual guides. You get your deposit back on return of undamaged boards.
