Staff were very unhelpful, layout is all over the place, you have to drive to the different areas of the site to unload your recycling instead of parking up and offloading. Bins not very clearly labelled especially you are a first time user.

It's all set out very well here, the Staff are friendly and helpful. The only pain are the users, particularly with trailers who often haven't a clue how to park so as to leave space for other people particularly at busy times!!! Glenn
