Was looking to go on the big wheel during our visit. We would of paid the £8 each (dearer than other places we’ve been) but decided against it when we saw they charge I believe £6 for 0-5 year old. Disgusting. Surely charge less and you’ll have more people using the big wheel. And anywhere else kids under 3 years go free.

Brilliant views of the whole of BOURNEMOUTH. Sometimes they even spin you around. And I’m glad they painted them in different colours now, it’s cheerful and a nice tourist attraction.

After checking online in various places arrived to find the wheel is closed despite it saying online it is open. Travelled for 90 mins to get here for our childs bday request to go on a ferris wheel. It is our closest one. Wheel is run by a private company 'Observation wheel UK', whose phone number is invalid. The company don't let Bournemouth information centre know they are closing. Apparently it has been open throughout the winter and this last week is not. Very annoying.

Website says its open, Google says its open. It's not open, scaffold all around. No signs or information at all. 3 year daughter in tears and a wasted 1.5h car journey. Not impressed and the number to call is invalid
