Excellent place where to use computer and/or study. The first time I visited this library was in early July 2020. I visited it because I needed to print some documents. I had to wait for a few minutes before using a computer due to restrictions. I was allowed to use a computer although I was not a member. Price is good and staff members are very kind, helpful and professional. The place is well lit due to the large windows and also very quiet. The chairs are very comfortable and it is also possible to charge devices because there are sockets and USBs ports.

Clean and tidy the only problem was too many students on the computers

The library itself is OK in terms of facilities— nothing exceptional. It is, however, greatly let down by the abundance of druggies and ne'er-do-wells who congregate in the entrance, and more often than not within the library itself. I have never visited a library before that has to put signs up actively discouraging its patrons from taking drugs—because that's a thing here, obviously. The free toilet and charging points seem to be it's key attraction, which I don't begrudge; the loud talking, perpetual cadging and soiling of the only male toilet cubicle, are too much to put up with. Sad to see a place of learning turn into a doss house.

After a while I went to the library a fews days ago... I didn't remember it being so noisy with children singing and screaming, luckily I wasn't there to study. 🤣🤣🤣
