5 star review!! Mike was brilliant! highly recommended. We booked him for the magic mirror and guest book. He was flexible to what we wanted and a really nice guy. We ordered a balloon from the same company too which is exactly how we wanted it. It is still standing to this day!

We bought a balloon arch very last minute for my sister’s 21st birthday. Bournemouth Balloon Co were extremely accommodating and happy to help with all our needs, even any adjustments on the actual day of our event. They came and set up the balloons, even taking time to tweak it to suit our living room a bit better. Excellent customer service - and couldn’t recommend them enough.

Really not impressed, miserable guy on the phone and same miserable guy who came to Set up for a wedding. And to top it off the balloons were pretty much deflated by 4/5pm on the same day, after only being set up at 11.30am, not to mention Cheap looking. Sad really as have been really pleased in the past. Won’t use or recommend again 😔

We bought a last minute product from here over the weekend, all a bit last minute to inflate balloons for my Sons graduation, the item was the only one in the shop but unfortunately for whatever reason it failed to function, we rang the shop and even though it was now closed the call was diverted to the owner, after the situation was explained the business owner didn't not hesitate to meet us back at the closed shop for a replacement item. This made the weekend a success, Thank you for the Professional response and I wish your Business the best of luck in the future.
