Impossible to contact. When he did contact us he kept saying today or tomorrow and not show. He did a bad job, didn't even plug the appliance in properly and pipe was leaking. We called to advise of this and he said I'll come by today or tomorrow and he then ignored us. We got someone else to do it and now he cant even be bothered to send us an invoice. So they only provide a landline number which is never answered and when called says mailbox full so you cannot leave a message... Website says email address not in service so only option is online booking. Spent 15 minutes Saturday filling out all the information in full and finally got to a screen stating your repair visit is booked. Took day off work today and waited in all morning (8am to 1pm time slot booked) no one arrives. Considerably miffed to say the least, recommend avoid Service: Oven repair

Charged £120 and didn’t fix my refrigerator. They just Scam for your money. Becareful with this company!!! Don’t risk with this company!!!!. Unprofessional, unskilled and little knowledge, Predicted wrong solution. He said the compressor was broken. So I have no choice and pay the bill. After that, I called other company and they said the compressor is working normally but the fridge has no gas so it took the other company 30minute to fix my fridge and cost £60 less.

Avoid this company like the plague. I booked appointment for someone to fix my oven. Asked for first appointment at 8am. Told between 8am and 1pm. Called 12.20pm to be told booked in 1pm - 6pm. Taken whole morning off work. What a rubbish outfit.
