We had a very large coffee stain caused by a full mug of coffee that spilt in mid-June - we had Covid in the house and so we couldn't ask for professional help to clean it, and our attempts to clean it made it worse! I have had Bourne Valley Cleaners here this morning and they have removed the stain completely, it's now impossible to locate the stain on the carpet in order to exactly photograph it. Also they cleaned the remaining carpet really well and my stairs and landing too, with no inconvenience to me. So delighted! I recommend this firm 100%. I’m only sorry that I have not been able to achieve posting my “before” picture of this stain and the result, but Bourne Valley Cleaning have a copy! Service: General carpet cleaning
