The Saturday morning class has been so brilliant for me; a great way to escape mum life and do something for myself! Varied circuit stations with a bit of boxing, means you can go at your own pace and there's something for everyone. My fitness was really low after going through surgery and chemo for breast cancer over the past year, but Nathan and Sam have been really encouraging and I'm so glad to have found this community. I'm getting stronger every week and it feels really good to do something to support my long term health... I've even found myself showing up to a midweek class from time to time! Highly recommend these classes for anyone and everyone.

Bootcamp with Nathan and Sam is the best way to kick off Saturday. A great mix of strength training with different weights available. And some boxing which gets the heart pumping. Friendly vibes and a lot of fun. Thoroughly recommend.

I’ve just started Nathan’s Saturday bootcamp classes and the Thursday strength training and highly recommend. The classes are very dynamic and suitable for all abilities from beginners to more frequent gym-goers. From my first class Nathan was really welcoming and it was great to meet other people from the local area, I’ve already roped in more of my friends to join for next time!

The best way to start your weekend! Small mixed classes on the common with a well planned circuit of different with exercises and weights to really work the whole body, and little bit of boxing thrown in as well. Both Nathan and Sam have worked hard to make sure we all get the very best out of our sessions. Well done!
