After my disastrous experience with my Cartier bracelet and my subsequent review, Richard, the owner of Bourne End Jewellers called me the next day and admitted to having done a below par job on my bracelet due to the time constraint in the run up to Christmas. He apologised profusely and informed me he would take the bracelet to his micro setter to restore it to its original condition and if need be, take it to Cartier themselves to have it put right, at his expense. It must have taken a lot of courage to pick up the phone and admit his mistake, which impressed me very much indeed and for which I was very grateful. The bracelet has now been returned to me and it is perfect once more. Thank you Richard. You deserve to be recommended and I do so wholeheartedly. Caroline Haelterman
