    Didn't turn up until 12:50 rather than 08:00 claiming a 'broken down lorry' then grossly underestimated the amount of furniture so that we had to supplement by using two cars for 2 trips each and they still went back for a 2nd trip in their lorry. Broke possessions and left food out of the freezer to defrost. Not a great experience and unsympathetic customer service when we expressed our dissatisfaction. Use someone else is our opinion!
