I booked the taxi 2 days in advance.The taxi turned up 20 minuts late and only after 8 calls to chase it up. It was too late to catch the only bus available (due to the train strikes). Our financial lose included 2 X bus fair to London, 2 X red letter experience in London 2 X train fair back to Northampton The company is irresponsible and incompetent !!!!!!! e

Tried to advance book a dog friendly cab, got told to call back at the time the cab was needed, which I did, only to keep being told to ring back every 20 mins to see if something was available. Could not even tell me if they had any dog friendly cars working that night. Would have been left stranded due to the inability to order what we needed. Went with another firm in the end who were great.
