I recently completed Invisalign treatment at Bounds Green with Dr Yasmin Patel and I cannot recommend her and Bounds Green Dental enough. Excellent communication throughout my treatment, flexibility on appointment times and outstanding care and support from Yasmin throughout the treatment. Yasmin is very skilled and knowledgeable about the treatments she offers and I am delighted with the result she achieved for me. In terms of value for money, support and results, I believe Bounds Green is the best option for anyone wanting to get a range of different treatments in north London. My experience of this practice is poor. After having a new born i had my annual check up. At present children have a high vhsnce of contracting strep a. So on the dsy of my appointment i call to cancel as I got a call from school to collect my sick 7 year old. I thought i eould be met with understanding instead i was abruptly told my future appointments wouls have to be secured with a deposit. This really annoyed me as where am i to find further finda to book an appointment a free appointment as i qualify after having a child. I would avoid this place at all cost plenty other dentist in the area #unchildfriendly #exploit Manager has no empathy either

My experience at Bounds Green Dental Practice can only be described as traumatic. My front tooth extensive filling was unnecessarily replaced with substandard material, that also came in the wrong shade; the dentist further deteriorated matters by causing an artificial gums recession with her tools. If you care about your teeth and gum, my advice is to stay clear of this surgery. I have just read the manager's reply and I have a few questions: 1) Why would a dentist remove an extensive filling, that was done with good NHS material, when all I needed was a small topping up in a corner of the tooth? Business or patient care? 2)Why was I not informed, that the result would be worse than the original problem? 2) Why would a good dentist take more than an hour for a filling? Is it too much to expect a dentist to know, what shade my teeth are? I have been stating all along, that my crowns are an A 3.5. Was I treated by Beethoven or Stevie Wonder? Does anyone seriously think, it was enjoyable for me sitting there for an hour with my mouth wide open? 3) As much as the management wish me to appear as the fussy patient, shouldn't they perhaps address the skills and expertise of their dentists? There is so much damage done to our teeth and gums, when a dentist comes up with UNNECESSARY work. The manager might have been sitting outside, but I was the one sitting on the dentist's chair. And I am the one left with an altered gum line for the sake of a poor quality filling.

I hadn’t been dentist for 8yrs and I was desperate, my teeth were in a dreadful state. First stop receptionist Angie smiles and makes me feel at ease. I saw Dentist Jackie and Alina well what can I say except Thank You!!! After 2 months I can smile and be confident again. 😍
