    Like many people in rural areas I did not have access to an Internet service to the level at which I needed for both work and as a home life-line - Boundless Networks' services enabled me to consume the content that would otherwise be unavailable to me - so I signed up around 7 years ago. But times have moved on. My area of the country does now have access to super-fast broadband. Have I moved away from Boundless Networks because of this? No. I get the service I need from BN, at a fantastic price. I no longer require a home telephone line - normally a prerequisite for broadband. So that's nearly a £20/month cost avoidance immediately. Also the broadband services are more cost effective than others on the market. Their technical support is great. I have had cause to contact BN on a couple of occasions to inquire why my service seemed slow, or because there was an outage. On one occasion it turned out that one of my machines was updating some software and doing some heavy downloads. Tech support helped point out what was going on. On another occasion I got a personal call back, on a Sunday night, to check if everything was okay again. So in summary, I'm very pleased with the service, and the people behind it.

    Bit of a lifesaver for living in a rural location. Service outages were generally infrequent altbough they did happen. You might face some issues with yoir workplace VPN if you work from home.

    What a blessing they are. Even with the best internet connection things go sometimes wrong. The great advantage with Boundless Networks is that you have a real person at the other end of the phone, somebody who will do her or his best to sort things. Always polite, always professional, a pleasure to deal with them as I have done for years now.

    We are working on the house and I unplugged the router etc to get it out on the way,upon reconnecting we had no internet which was totally my fault for plugging it back in wrong .I called boundless and the young man helped me get it sorted in no time without being patronising in any way. Thanks so much for being brilliant I can't speak highly enough of you. You make BT etc look like novices. 👍
