Awful company DO NOT USE!!! I wouldn't even give it a star rating but its because we had something for her party. We hired soft play for daughters first birthday and it came muddy, dirty and sticky. I spent over an hour cleaning it before her party. Emailed my complaint for apology and refund. No answer or reply, tried tried to ring blocked me or private message blocked. I think if it was my business I wouldn't dare give it in that state or not reply back. I just want a refund for the state it came and a apology but no DISGUSTING!!!
