Absolute awful service. Booked a bouncy castle weeks in advance. Phone call the evening before our anniversary bbq, to ask about the space where the castle was going to be put. Explained that it was on commonside and organised to drop off 9am the following morning. Had a call at 8am on the day of our party, to be told that we couldn’t have the castle because of insurance! Only live 5 minutes down the road, so this could have been checked prior. Poor poor service! Let down lots of children. Not very apologetic and said he understand that I was upset! OBVIOUSLY!!!
