We booked for a BBQ party. Allan was willing to let us keep the Bounce house later, with a later drop off time. However, on the day of the party, I called Allan the owner after they were 2-hrs late to show up. Asked if the late time could be applied to the pick up time or if we could organize an early pick up the next morning to accommodate his next day job. His job started at 0300, and I Said I would get up early or help in whatever way possible. He disagreed, would not accommodate even the original pick up time, told me this reservation was cancelled and hung up. I did receive my deposit back. I tried to text and call to let him know I’d still take the original pick up time, even if it showed up later; he would not answer nor return calls. When I spoke to other companies, they said this was “typical Allan” Unprofessional and unreliable. Use at your peril.
