I have been let down by this company twice...no shows on both occasions (not sure why I trusted them when they had already let me down terribly first time!). Sloppy, unprofessional and definitely think twice (if not more!) before using them. Please do not be misled by their reviews on their FB page, they are not representative of the customer experience. We booked a bouncy castle for the kids, they were so excited, and the bouncy castle never turned up!!! They promised us on another day, again we got the kids ready for the bouncy castle, and THEY DIDNT TURN UP AGAIN!!! highly urge people to loom elsewhere for their biuncy castle needs. You'll be disappointed and frustrated with this company, as well as having lots of unhappy kids on your hands!!!
