Not been since before the pandemic so was dreading calling because of of all the horror stories flying around. Called at 8am and was seen by face to face by a doctor by 10am. Brilliant service as ever.

Arrived for my appointment 10 mins early with nobody being seen before me. GP kept me waiting 45 mins while they did paper work. Arranged the apt with GP themselves after phone consultation so they knew I was scheduled to be there. Worst GP practice I have ever been on the books of. Avoid.

Absolute joke of a practice! Luckily I have an amazing pharmacist in Vicars Cross, who has been there for me when this practice has let me down. Too many times the receptionists seem to think they are the doctors, deciding who sees who, or advising patients to use the online system to check symptoms, my elderly parents do not use the Internet, or have access to it, as i am sure is the case for many patients. There seems to be a distinct lack of wanting patients to visit the practice, bring back the partners and receptionists of old who had time to see a patient face to face and give 5 minutes of their time. Practices like this are the reason people go to A&E

I would like to explain how grateful I am with this surgery. I understand in the past there may been issues made significantly worse with the backlog caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, however I am pleased to say that my last several experiences with this surgery have all been outstanding. They continue to help me during a very difficult period. Their new telephone system is outstanding and saves so much waiting. The doctors' I have had here have been fantastic and have listened to me and thoroughly looked into past and ongoing issues. The reception now is always polite and friendly. This must be such a hard job for all involved at the moment and so I feel thanks is deserved and to express my gratitude. Thank you.

It is impossible to get through to the surgery. I've needed to see a doctor 3 times in the last month and the phone line is permanently engaged from 8am. My issues have become severe now and I cannot get medical care. I have no choice but to go to A&E and subsequently find another surgery.

Due to being pregnant, having my little girl and some of my own problems all since COVID started, I have had to contact the surgery for help for myself or my little girl far more than I would like. Each time I've needed them, they have been there for us! Very timely response to requests for appointments and replies to econsults. Friendly interactions both in person and over the phone with all staff. Seen face to face with ease when appropriate and other quieres dealt with very thoroughly over the phone. I've never had a problem that has been dealt with anything other than 100% efficiency and compassion. Keep up the good work and thank you for providing such a brilliant service for my family!

Had the same problems for 10 years but not got any closer to answering them and sent hospital for the same test more than once but still suffering so I end up at home hoping it will go away on it's own. Grim but true
