A warm welcome from Nareece on arrival, and comfortable examination carried out by Arfan - nice chap! Somehow Nareece seemed to know what glasses I would like more than I did, and found me the perfect pair almost immediately - at a reasonable price I have to say. Before my appointment I had ducked into Specsavers in passing to see if I liked any of the styles. I didn't, and they all felt cheap and generic. By comparison my new glasses feel unique and of top quality. The service at Bottomley's @ Lindley is first class.

Great Service, The optition, Affan, picked up on an issue that 2 Well known Optitians had totally missed prior which led to referals to the Hospital Specialists and the issue resolved! Bottomleys offer such a fantastic service. I had a whole hour of one to one service with Nerise in order to choose my frames. Nerise was patient, organised and great at getting me to try frames I may not have considered. I chose a gorgeous pair of glasses which were delivered quickly. Very pleased with glasses. I'd both ordinary and sunglasses. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is that they took quite a while. Sunglasses had a slight mark on which I cdnt see, so they were sent back. I've got them now and really pleased. Worth the wait. Staff were lovely and very helpful.
