The 1 star is actually a 0 star. I don’t even know why I didn’t read the reviews before using this company. I guess I was vulnerable at the time. I had a crash August last year. Driver accepted liability. I was pregnant and had my 2 children in the car at the time. All 3 of us went to hospital. I had to have an emergency scan being pregnant and then done physio. Still having issues nearly a year later. An offer was made in January which I declined because I thought the amount was insulting. I then chased for an update beginning of June as I had not heard anything and I had a call today to be told I should accept the offer because it’s not worth taking it to court. I declined again and I was told that they won’t be taking it further so I have no choice but to accept after taking their extortionate fees I will be paid £1200 which I thought was a joke especially on the letter that was sent advising to decline the offer if you are still experiencing issues. I still have back and pelvic pain and I also realised that they did not include my children on the claim and there have been no mention of them even though both also attended hospital. They are quick to sign you up and then disappear. I don’t even know where I stand legally and if I can use a different solicitor!

Absolutely terrible at replying I was asked to submit a statement and information from my side of the accident which I did within the hour this was on the 9/5/23 I have since emailed 4 times with no response, I called last week to be told someone will be in touch, to then receive an email saying my statement will be passed forward to my case handler a month later. I understand that it’s a busy company but come on what’s with the delays

My claim got accepted by the 3rd party they completely accepted responsibility as I work on the motorway I had all the evidence so was easy to build the case , unfortunately since it got accepted … I’ve not had one email in maybe 3 months , when you ring up like I have over 20 times if your lucky you get threw to a receptionist that has absolutely zero ideas of what to say , provides absolutely no information, I was apparently getting a call back in 2-3 hours that was approximately 3 weeks ago , absolutely madness the reviews on this company , poor customer service , even worse communication skills , highly unprofessional

Awful service. failed to send paper work I was sent an appt from consultant out of the blue no paper work by you not supplied me anything I needed to take the consultant was not at first and very reluctant to see me only that I had got soaked that he felt very sorry for me. You had not told me that I needed to take I'd Text received today saying that you emailed me my medical report. Not received in my inbox this has caused me stress which I can do without You sent text out of blue and advises has link I have told you repeatedly that I had an old phone could not open or read links. And totally incompletely sent a text. When you told me you would send by post only Service received has been deplorable formal complaint. Peter hill

Absolutely terrible service. I had a car accident in September, other party admitted full responsibility and I'm still receiving medical treatment for injuries from this crash. I have received incorrect medical twice, and when I corrected them they just said they cannot disagree with the medical professionals opinion even though his opinion stated I'd be better in 3-6 months. Like I say I'm still receiving treatment 8 months on amd there has been facts missing from the report that i have told them about. They dont listen to what you have to say and I've heard nothing back from them since March now and you can't even call them to talk about exiting claims. Awful in every aspect if I could rate them 0 I would.

Flight delay for 4-6 hours airline awarded £1410 to our claim. We received £172 per person x 4. This company is absolute theives. Wouldn’t go through them again. They take more than half your award for themselves. I wish I read through the company and reviews before going ahead with them to be honest. Absolutely disgusting outcome. Yes we won our case but out of £1410 we are awarded £688 absolutely robbed by this company and do not recommend using them. Do it yourselves guys.
